Toyota Glanza (Rebadged Maruti Baleno) teaser revealed.

Toyota India has revealed its upcoming premium hatchback Glanza. The Glanza is a rebadged version of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, the car expected to be launched in India in the next few months. A few months ago, Maruti Suzuki and Toyota had signed a memorandum of agreement (MoU) on product sharing. Apart from the new agreement, both companies will share their respective products and the Glanza will be the first product.

The teaser shows the rear section of the Glanza, both the tail section and the alloy wheel design seems similar to the Baleno, the vehicle is expected to come with a redesigned front design and a Toyota badging. The Glanza is expected to be priced in the same price tag as well.

The Glanza will be powered by the same 1.2-litre, K12B engine produces 83 HP and 113 Nm of torque, is expected to comes mated with both 5-speed manual and a CVT options. A rebadged version of the Vitara Brezza and the Ertiga are also in the pipeline, will be launched later.
