Mahindra clocks 1 million production milestone on each of its 3 manufacturing plants.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.) has recently crossed a significant milestone, rolling out the 1 millionth vehicle from each of its 3 automotive manufacturing plants in Chakan, Zaheerabad and Haridwar. With this production milestone, the Automotive manufacturing facilities in these three locations joined the 1 million club along with the company’s Nashik and Kandivali plants.

Mahindra has its own presence in almost every segment of the automobile industry from commercial vehicles, utility vehicles, sports utility vehicles, sedans and even electric vehicles. The homegrown manufacturer is busy with its new products and the company has recently launched the Marazzo MPV, Alturas and the XUV3OO.

Chakan plant is a fully-owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd set up in 2007. The Zaheerabad plant started its journey back in 1985. Mahindra and Mahindra joined the hands in 1990 and became 100% subsidiary of Mahindra and Mahindra in 1995, while the Mahindra Haridwar plant was inaugurated on 8th December 2005.

The 1 millionth rolled out from the Chakan plant was the XUV5OO full-size SUV while the milestone products from the other two facilities haven't been revealed.
