Benelli has finally launched the Leoncino 500 in India.

Benelli has been launched the Leoncino 500 in India and it is priced at Rs. 4.79 lakhs (ex-showroom). The Benelli Leoncino 500 is available in two colours options - steel grey and Leoncino red colour.

The Leoncino 500 comes with the steel-tube trellis frame, which surrounds the engine and the motorcycle also blends the traditional scrambler design with a retro headlamp and it also gets modern technology such as LED headlamp and an inverted U-shaped LED DRL as well.

The Benelli Leoncino 500 is comes powered by a 500cc, In-line 2-cylinder, DOHC, Liquid-cooled, 8-Valve engine churns out 47.5PS @ 8500rpm and 46Nm @ 6000rpm, it is comes mated with a 6-speed gearbox.

Braking duties on the Leoncino 500 is taken care of a 320mm Dual Discs with radially mounted 4-piston callipers at the front and 260mm Single Disc with a single-piston floating calliper at the rear. The motorcycle features a 50mm inverted telescopic fork at the front and a lateral hydraulic shock absorber with spring preload and rebounds adjustable at the rear.

The  Leoncino 500 comes with a 13.5-litre fuel tank and the motorcycle stands 2160mm long, 1160mm tall and 875mm wide. The motorcycle has the ground clearance of 145mm and the wheelbase of the Leoncino 500 is 1460mm.
