Yamaha India has been launched the most anticipated MT-15 India.

Yamaha MT-15 has been launched in India, priced at 1.36 lakhs (Ex-showroom Delhi). The MT-15 is the youngest sibling from the muscular MT series. Styling wise the MT-15 gets a unique set of headlamp cluster with a projector headlamp, which positioned below the twin LED DRLs. 

The MT-15 street fighter is based on the fully fired R15 V3 and it receives most of its underpinnings from the R15 V3. Unlike the international spec MT-15, the India-spec MT-15 gets minor changes, The India-spec MT-15 gets conventional telescopic forks, instead of the USD-forks on the international spec MT-15. It gets box-section swingarm instead of the cast aluminum unit as on the international-spec MT-15.

Powering the MT-15 is same 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, VVA engine as on the Yamaha R15 V3, which produces 19.3 PS at 10,000 rpm and 14.7 Nm at 8500 rpm, which mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. The Yamaha MT-15 is available in two colors options- Metallic Black and Dark Matt Blue. The MT-15 gets a single 282 mm disc at the front and a single 220 mm disc at the back and comes with single-channel ABS as standard.
