Yamaha has launched its first 125cc scooter in India.

India Yamaha Motor (IYM) Pvt. Ltd. has announced its entry into the 125-cc scooter segment in India with the launch of Fascino 125 FI, it is priced from Rs. 66,430/- for the base variant and goes all the way up to Rs. 69,930/- (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi). The Fascino 125 FI carries the retro design while the design looks new.

The new Fascino 125 FI is available in both disc and drum brakes and it is available in seven colour options including Vivid Red, Metallic Black, Yellow Cocktail, Matte Blue, Dark Matte Blue, Suave Copper and Cyan Blue. The new Fascino 125 FI features Stop & start system, Unified brake system (UBS), Smart motor-generator (SMG), 

The new Fascino 125 FI is comes powered by a BS6 compliant, air-cooled, fuel-injected (FI), 125cc engine produces a power output of 8.2 PS at 6,500 RPM and a torque of 9.7 N.m at 5,000 RPM. The power output is 30% higher and fuel economy are 16% higher as compared to the earlier scooter and the bodyweight is 99 kgs, which is 4 kgs lighter than Yamaha’s earlier scooters.
