Production version of the Tata 45 will be called Altroz

The 45X concept was unveiled at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo.

After the launch of most anticipated Harrier Tata Motors is now gearing up to launch its premium hatchback in India, the company all set to unveil the production version of the 45X concept at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, it is likely to christened as Altroz. The 45X concept was unveiled at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo. The Altroz will be the second product from the company and it is based on the company's Impact Design 2.0 design philosophy. 

The Altroz underpins an all-new ALFA (Agile Light Flexible Advanced) platform. Tata will offer the Altroz in both petrol and diesel engine options. However,  more specification of the engine yet to come out. The Altroz will be launched in India by August 2019, it will come with a futuristic a design, which will be inspired by the Harrier.

The Altroz is expected to be a well-featured car and it will come with many first in class features. The Altroz compete with other established rivals including the Maruti Baleno, Hyundai i20, Honda Jazz and even the WV Polo.
