Hyundai has launched a new Sports Edition for its popular Creta SUV.

Hyundai has been launched the Creta Sports Edition in India. It is available in both petrol and diesel engines. The petrol variant of the Creta Sports Edition priced at Rs 12.78 lakhs while the diesel variant is priced at Rs 14.13 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). 

The Creta Sports Edition is available only in two colours - Phantom Black and Polar White with Phantom Black roof. The Creta Sports Edition features a smart electric sunroof, Black & Dark Chrome front grille, new Silver colour finished front & rear skid plates, smoked bi-functional projector headlamps, rear spoiler, Black seat fabric with CRETA embossing, Leather-wrapped steering with contrast stitching & Silver colour garnish, Silver colour front & rear AC vents, Black coloured ORVMs and Silver colour finished roof rails.

Based on the SX trim, the Sports Edition also carries few other features from the SX trim as well, features including automatic climate control, 7-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, cruise control, height-adjustable driver seat, wireless smartphone charging and ABS and dual-airbags as standard. The Creta Sports Edition carries the same engines as before, the 1.6-litre petrol engine puts o121 bhp and 151 Nm of torque and the 1.6-litre diesel mill makes 126 bhp and 260 Nm of torque, both engines have come mated only with a 6-speed manual transmission.
