SsangYong has revealed the Rexton G4 Facelift.

SsangYong has been selling the Rexton G4 in global markets since 2017, for now, the Korean automaker has revealed the facelifted version of the Rexton G4 with minor changes. The Rexton G4 is the flagship SUV for the company, it competes with the likes of Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour.

In terms of styling, the Rexton G4 facelift features a redesigned front with a newly designed grille, which seems slightly larger than before, it also features new bumper as well. Moving to the side, the new set of alloy wheels are the only change. At the rear, the Rexton G4 facelift remains unchanged except for the Rexton badging that has moved down and replaced with the SsangYong branding.

On the inside, Rexton G4 facelift gets the same instrument cluster, infotainment system and dashboard layout as before, while the interior is now finished in a Grey and White dual-tone interior. Apart from the cosmetic tweaks, there are no other mechanical changes have made to the vehicle

In India, the Rexton G4 is known as Alturas G4, it was launched in India last year. The Alturas sold under the Mahindra badge, currently, the Alturas is the flagship product for Mahindra. The Alturas G4 is comes powered by the 2.2-litre turbo diesel churns out 181 hp at 4000 RPM and 420 Nm of torque at 1600-2600 RPM, it comes mated with a Mercedes sourced 7-speed automatic transmission.
