The 2019 Ignis comes with minor cosmetic changes along with a host of safety features as standard.

The updated Maruti Ignis has been launched in India, prices start at Rs. 4.66 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs. 7.05 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The Ignis comes equipped with new safety features including high-speed alert, seatbelt reminder system and dual front airbags with ABS and EBD as standard on all variants.

On the outside, there is no change has been made to the vehicle except for the addition of roof rails. On the inside, the vehicle comes with smart play infotainment system as earlier along with similar equipment as before. 

The 2019 Ignis comes powered by the same 1.2-litre petrol engine produces 83 HP and 113 Nm of torque, the engine is mated to a 5-speed manual or an optional 5-speed AMT. The vehicle is no longer available in diesel engine option, which was discontinued last year due to low sales.
